Hotel situated in the Palace of the inquisition a historic and artistic monument completed with 16 century cloister and interior patio, 15 century Jewish Bath and garden terrace which adjoins the medieval City walls.
Located in a medieval town, on the Camino de Santiago, this former convent was built in 947. The monastery later became the court of the royal family of Castilla y León in the middle ages. A wide enclosure preserves the former Monastery, declared a National Historical & Artistic Monument, and the original garden.
"Caserío" from the XVIIth century restored with superb care by the current owners, in which the remembrance of the past is still alive as you may see through the baked clay paving and the hydraulic mosaic, as well as through the pieces of furniture of the XVIIIth and XIXth century, belonging to the family patrimony. A spectacular result has been achieved by the decoration of this establishment giving a touch of lordly and elegantly with heavy curtains, flowery tapestries, the chimney and the chapel of the XIXth century.
