This Grade II listed Georgian townhouse lies in the heart of Hereford. The 15 bedrooms and suites have antique furnishings and some are named after chapters in Hereford's historic past. The family farm supplies much of the produce on the menu, which can be enjoyed in the award-winning restaurant, Castle Bar & Bistro or The Terrace, overlooking the gardens and moat. The Hereford countryside and rolling Welsh marshes inspired composer Edward Elgar and are a popular draw.
