Dyna Fyr - cater for company events

Dyna Lighthouse was built in 1874 and has provided an important landmark in the Oslofjord since those early days. In 1992, the lighthouse keeper's home was reopened to cater for company events. This has to be the most exclusive location for a company event in the town. It is open from Easter to Christmas. An event at our lighthouse is a truly exotic adventure, whether under a warm summer sun or in a winter storm. Our menus are based on the best ingredients we can source from the sea around us. We have three menus and their names tell us of the duties of the lighthouse keeper: Not only was he in charge of Dyna Lighthouse, he also took care of Kobbernaglen beacon which lies between Dyna and Nakholmen, and Kavringen Lighthouse on the island of Hovedøya; thus the names of our three menus. With a southerly wind blowing at its worst, the lighthouse keeper had to row hard to reach his different places of work. The only difficult challenge faced by our guests is the culinary choice between our three menus which proudly bear the names of three ancient hallmarks of the Oslofjord.
The entire lighthouse can be hired for events and can seat groups of between 20 to 40 persons, for any occasion. We may also cater for individual guests and you can book tables at the lighthouse for 1 to 10 persons, although only on selected dates
