Designed by well-known architect Jost Franz Huwyler-Boller and completed in 1906, this art-nouveau grand hotel was planned as part of the new Albula railway line, now a Cultural UNESCO World Heritage site.
Our hotel has had many caretakers over the years. Over the past few decades, restoration began reimagining this incredible example of the Art Nouveau era. Returned to its former splendour, the jewel is the sky-blue ballroom — the perfect venue for special occasions and romantic weddings.
