Enjoying a hilltop location, Villa Bergzauber (completely renovated in 2016) is in Roßleithen overviewing Windischgarsten.
The family-run hotel has a seasonal heated outdoor pool with salt water, a sauna and infrared cabin. Free private parking is available on site. Dogs are welcome upon request along with a EUR 10,00 cleaning fee per night. Panoramic Views of the mountains, lake or pool are featured in certain rooms.

Rooms - Suites
All of our 13 rooms (from 33m2 up and accommodating up to 46 guests) are non- smoking, fitted with a flat-screen TV and reachable by elevator.
Rooms are modern yet retaining the charm of the old building. Bathrooms have a shower, make-up mirror and a blow-dryer. We have two different room types: 5 Suites and 8 Superior Rooms.
Restaurant
We are serving dinner for hotel guest and guests with reservations only. Max. capacity: 40 persons
Spa & Wellness
The villa offers a small wellness area:
sauna - infrared - cabin relaxation room
During May and September guests can use our heated outdoor saltwater pool with the stunning view of the surounding mountains.
Wedding
Our new banquet hall with large window fronts offers seating for up to 200 guests. With its flexible middle wall it is also a nice option for smaller groups with up to 60 guests.
Our parklike property with its beautiful view of the Windischgarstner Valley as well as the highest moutains of the region suits perfectly for outdor ceremonies as well as receptions and pictures. Capacity: 20 - 200 persons
Meeting
Small or large - we have the perfect meeting room. All of the rooms have daylight, panoramic view and are equiped with modern meeting equipment. Our 2,5ha property offers also a wide variety of outdoor activities. Capacity: 5 - 200 persons
